Cooperatives are a type of business organisation based on democratic operations and structure.

Their activity is carried out while following the cooperative’s principles, which are accepted and regulated on an autonomous region, state, and international level: voluntary and open partner involvement, democratic management, partner economic shareholding, education, training, and information, and the interests of the community.
